As indicated in the press releases below, the French National Health Security Agency and the COSMED association confirm that hydroalcoholic solutions manufactured in compliance with their decree of March 13, 2020 are disinfectant, bactericidal and virucidal biocides, in particular thanks to their alcohol content higher than 60% V/V.
